Celebrating Our Nation’s Semiquincentennial

Our ever-popular biennial installation of whimsical fairy houses will return to the Highfield grounds next summer! Our theme for the 2026 fairy houses will be Celebrating Our Nation’s Semiquincentennial (250th anniversary), and fairy houses will be situated throughout Highfield’s grounds.

Artists: get your creative juices percolating this summer to prepare your delightful plans for next year. We will announce the time for submission for your proposals early in the year.

Dates for the installation will be late June – August 31, 2026
